Different Types of Game Play Modes Tips Written By - abhishkk65

Battle Arena
In this mode you can practice battling a computer controlled opponent or play against another player right in front of you. Also if you don’t feel like playing then just watch two computer controlled opponents battle each other by setting the arena place, skill levels, the decks to be used, and every other thing it asks.

Card Profiles
This mode allows you to view creature or spell data. Place a card in the sight of the Playstation Eye and discover the creatures attack power, summoning cost, hit points, attribute, special abilities, attack method, defense method, action cost, and a short story about the creature or spell. What exactly are these various types of data and what can you do if you know any of these in a battle.
Attack Power- This tells you how much damage will be done to an enemy creature.
Summoning Cost-The large number on the left shows the mana required to summon that creature.
Action Cost-The small number on the right of the summoning cost that shows how much mana is needed to take an action for example to attack.
Hit Points-This is your creatures health and it gets reduced when an enemy creature attacks it. Once it reaches zero the creature dies and its owner gets 1 mana sometimes more.
Attribute-The attribute which your creature is which is fire, water, wood, earth, Biolith, and nil.
Special Abilities-A Special Ability that only some creatures have for example Incarnation, Perfect Dodge, and many, many more.
Attack Method-This shows the direction the creature can attack and its attack methods on the nine fields mat.
Defense Method-This shows the direction of counterattacks on the nine fields.

Deck Builder
This mode allows you to construct decks by using cards from your card file. From here you can edit decks, pre-load decks, and register online decks. To register an online deck there are some restrictions. You can only have a maximum of 3 of the same cards in a deck unless there is a restriction. For examples of restrictions, look at the images below.
Example 1
An example: White Cubic; 1 in one deck
Example 2
An example: Sciondar Gateway; 1 from all race in one deck
Example 3
An example: Fist of Verzar; 3 from all race in one deck
Example 4
An example: Flame Magus; 3 in deck one deck (race does not matter)

These are just some examples but there are many more. These images are on the bottom left of the image on the card for both creatures and spells. If there is nothing there then that automatically means that you can have 3 of that card in your deck if you want. After you have figured that out it is time to show your cards to your Playstation Eye. Let’s say you want three firefly ninjas, to do so you are going to need to show the Playstation Eye all three cards at the same time or it won’t take it if you show it one at a time. Do the same thing if you want two of the same cards. Do these steps until you have a total of 30 cards in your deck and then name your deck. The last thing is to switch that new deck as your main deck in an online battle if you have already not done so that way that is the deck you will use in an online battle.
Judgment
Play a tiny battle using your own creature cards. In my opinion I’D say this is a waste of your time. The creatures don’t’ even attack.
Online
This is the last mode and my favorite mode. This allows you to battle people across the country (unfortunately not the world) and chat with them. The steps to play online are:
1. Register a deck for online use (see builder)
2. Go Online
3. Choose a pre-made match or a Custom match
4. If custom choose public or private and if pre-made then start playing
5. If public anyone can come and if private give out invitations
