The Earth Phantom in Set 1, Black Hood Dwarf Vulitra is truly at home in a discard deck.  With the ability to make your opponent potentially discard up to 3 cards, Vulitra can be devastating to your opponents hand, however, be wary of where you play him as his ability only takes form if he is played off an earth field.  Played on a field that can be fissured to an earth field makes his discard pointless.  Additionally, Vulitra can attack 2 enemies for up to 3 damage each in a lancer-like style.  As with all phantoms, he is incredibly powerful, but unless you are specifically playing a discard deck or have no access to any other phantom, he is arguably the weakest of the lot.
