Dodge is his specialty and is he good at it. So good he lets others in on his secret. However, magic breaks through dodge like…well…it just does. Other than that, he’s not so powerful, in my opinion and one of the weaker heroes in Set 1. Definitely more of a Hero for a strategic player than a newcomer to the game, Latoo is too iffy, in my opinion. Half the time he’s great, half the time he’s just ok. He can hit the two enemies in front of him for 2 or possibly 3 damage is one is on a water field (which in my opinion is his greatest asset), but doing that leaves him off his field and open to deadly magic attacks. A must for dodge decks, but other wise, there are better heroes out there.

A free-spirited mercenary who preferred partying to patriotism. Latoo saved Tritona in the Battle of Granvil and is still remembered as a national hero.

Latoo adds 1 to his Attack if at least one target creature is on a Water field. While Latoo is on the board, all other allied creatures on Water fields gain one Dodge attempt.
