| All gods are the same. But this is definitely the one that’s seen the most thanks to the ever popular Starter Deck. The most forgotten about ability is Incarnation. In the case of Sciondar Fire God, incarnation means that if you summoned a creature that costs 4 mana, such as the Partmole Flame Oracle and he’s been getting beaten up and beaten up and he’s one health point away from dying, and you are sitting with 5 Mana in reserve, what you now have the ability to do is sacrifice your Partmole Flame Oracle (using his 4 Summoning Cost paid earlier) add your additional 5 Mana and summon the Sciondar Fire God. That’s why the 9 Mana summon isn’t as scary as it seems. Yet…still, gods aren’t that great. They have incredibly high activation costs and if played in a corner, a Fissure can kill them instantly. There are better cards to play with. |
